HOW DO IRENT ADRESS ?
Browse through our current selection of dresses under the ‘DRESSES’ ‘
tab. Select the dress you love most, then pick your size and the
delivery date from t he booking calendar availble on each product
page.
CAN I TRY ON BEFORE RENTING ?

DO WE SHIP MALAYSIA – WIDE ?
Yes , we do. We are unable to ship internationally at this time as we
are a Malaysia-based retailer.
HOW DO I RETURN MY DRESS ?
You can choose to drop it off at our office. If you opt for normal
delivery , simply place it in the prepaid return envelope provided and
drop it at your nearest Post Office. If your return date falls on a
Su nday or publ ic hol iday , we s impl y as k you pos t it back t he nex t
business day before 12pm.
There is no need to clean or iron the dress ; we will take care of all of
that for you !
WHAT IF I STAN / DAMAGE THE DRESS ?
Please contact us by What sapp to 0132075796 to let us know. We
accept mi nor wear and tear (eg. s tai n s t hat can be removed,
unnoticeable snags , loose beading & embroidery , etc.). We will
charge you for any exten sive and irreparable damage.
In the case of extensive and irreparable damage, we will need to
charge you 1.5 times t he retail cost of the dress (as pert he retail
price s tated on t he product page).
Don ’t worry , we will not charge you until we have agreement from
both parties on the cost.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
HOW DOES ON LINE ORDERING WOR K ?
Select dress/dresses of your choice and choose either a 4-day or 8-
day rental , and we will get the dress to you on your chosen date.
HOW LONG SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS BEFORE
MY SCHEDULED EVENT ?
We recommend you set you r delivery date 1 – 2 days before your
event to avoid any last-minute panics and to make sure every thing’s
perfect. Once your dress is reserved, we will send you a confirmation
mes sage.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Please contact our Customer Service Team to cancel your order.
WHEN WILL IRECEIVE MY DEPOSIT ?
T he dres ses will be in spected for damage upon return , if it’s is in
good condition we will refundt he deposit to you within 5- 7 working
days .

DELIVERY & RETURN
HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST ?
Lola Gown offers 2 delivery options :

Express delivery | RM35 (Only with in Klang Valley ) |
We al so offer self pick up option from our office, which is free of
charge.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FORM Y DRESS TO ARRIVE ?
The estimateds tandard delivery time is 1 -2 business days –
depending on your location & the time you placed your order. If your order is placed before 12pm, we will dispatch it on the same day , but
if not, we will dispatch it the next working day .
If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday , then the order
will be processed during business hours on the next business day .
WHAT IF I’D LIKE TO GET MY DESIGN ERDRESS TODAY ?
We offer same-day delivery service (with in Klang Valley ) for orders
placed before 3pm. Same-day/express delivery parcels will arrive at
your door by 7pm on weekdays only
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE DRESS BEFORE RETURN IT ?
No, leave the dry -cleaning to us ! All you need to do is re-pack the
dress in to the garment bog/prepaid return envelope.
WHAT IF I RETURN THE DRESS LATE ?
A late fee of RM50/day applies . You will be charged up to 200% of
the retailval ue of the products you ordered. This late fee is in
addition to the rental fee for the products .
WHAT IF MY RENTAL PERIOD ENDS ON A SUNDAY OR
A PUBLIC HOLIDAY ?
That’ s fine, just drop your parcel in to your nearest Pos Office on the
next working day by 12pm.
For pick up return option , we will arrange pick – up the next working
day by 12pm.
