ARE THEY USED OR NEW?

#RewearLola pieces are carefully made from pre-loved clothing and leftover fabrics that are in fairly new or good condition.

All materials sourced are cleaned before being put into production. You may also find minor imperfections on the garments.

WILL LOLA BE RESTOCKING THESE?

Each design is made in limited quantity.

Shall we have any restocks, they will be announced on our page.

WHAT SIZE DO YOU CARRY?

We go by the standard UK sizing:

– UK4 / XS

– UK6 / S

– UK8 / M

CAN I RESERVE A PIECE OR the A SET?

We do not take reservations and your orders will only be secured once payment has been made.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?

All #RewearLola pieces are final sale, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly ensure the correct size before securing your order.

We do reserve the right to not allow any return or refund although the garment is unworn and in its original packaging with label still attached.

HOW DO I RENT A DRESS ?

Browse through our current selection of dresses at  ‘RENT’ tab. Pick a dress, select your size and preferred delivery date from the booking calendar available on each product page.

CAN I TRY THEM ON BEFORE RENTING?

Book an appointment with us in advance by clicking on ‘TRY ON AT OUR STORE’ or ‘TRY ON AT HOME’ at the product page and select your preferred appointment or delivery date. A fee will be charged for each session.

DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?

Yes. We ship to East and West Malaysia

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Do drop us a DM or WhatsApp us at +60132075796 for arrangement.

HOW DO I RETURN MY DRESS?

Drop off service at our studio is available.

If you prefer sending it back by post, simply place it back into the prepaid return envelope provided and drop it off at your nearest post office. If your return date falls on Sunday or a public holiday, we simply ask you to send it back the next business day before 12pm.

There is no need to clean or iron before returning. Our team will take care of it.

WHAT IF I DAMAGE OR STAIN THE DRESS?

Let us know via Instagram DM or WhatsApp us at +60132075796.

We do accept minor wear and tears (eg. stains that can be removed, unnoticeable snags, loose beading or embroidery, etc.). A fee of 1.5 times the cost of the dress will be charged in the case of any extensive or irreparable damage as per the retail price stated on the product page.

You won’t be charged until we have a mutual agreement.

Lola dresses range from size UK4 to UK10.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

HOW DOES ONLINE ORDERING WORKS?

Pick your dresses and select your preferred rental time frame of 4-day or 8-

day rental, we will get the dress to you on your chosen date.

HOW LONG SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS BEFORE

MY SCHEDULED EVENT?

We would recommend the delivery to be 1 to 2 days prior your event to avoid any last-minute scheduling or deliveries. Once your dress is reserved, we will send you a confirmation email.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT ?

The dresses will be inspected for damage upon return. If they are still in

good condition, deposit will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

DELIVERY & RETURN

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST ?

Lola offers 2 delivery options:

DELIVERY METHOD COST (ONE WAY)
Normal delivery RM15 (for EM & WM)
Express delivery RM35 (Only with in Klang Valley )

We do offer self pick up option at our studio, which is free of

charge.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FO MY DRESS TO ARRIVE?

The estimated standard delivery takes 1-2 business days depending on your location and the time order has been placed. If order is placed before 12pm, it will be dispatched on the same day.

In some cases, order will be dispatched on the next working day.

If order is placed on weekends or public holidays, it will only be processed during business hours on the next business day.

WHAT IF I’D LIKE TO GET MY  DRESS TODAY?

We offer same-day delivery service (within Klang Valley) for orders placed before 3pm. Same-day/express delivery parcels will arrive at your convenience by 7pm on weekdays only.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE DRESS BEFORE RETURN IT ?

No, leave the dry-cleaning to us! All you need to do is re-pack the

dress into the garment bag/prepaid return envelope.

WHAT IF I RETURN THE DRESS LATE ?

A late fee of RM50/day applies. You will be charged up to 200% of the retail value of the products you ordered. The late fee is in addition to the rental price of the products.

WHAT IF MY RENTAL PERIOD ENDS ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Kindly drop your to-return package at your nearest pos office on the next working day by 12pm.

For pick up return option, kindly contact us and we will arrange the pick up on the next working day by 12pm.
